Because each wreath is handmade with care, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review all product details and photos carefully before purchasing.

Wreath Care & Expectations

Our wreaths are designed primarily for indoor use or covered outdoor spaces (such as a covered porch or entryway).  For best results, we recommend using wreaths on doors with a storm door or other protective barrier to help shield from weather and extend the life of your wreath.

Exposure to direct sun, rain, wind, or extreme weather may cause:
Fading
Fraying
Material wear over time

These natural changes are not considered defects.  To keep your wreath looking its best, store it carefully when not in use.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to make it right.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Local Pickup & Craft Shows

All local pickup and in-person purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns.
