Processing Time

All wreaths are handmade and typically ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.  During busy seasons or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping of $20 on all orders within the United States.  Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout—no code needed.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on size and destination.  Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment.  Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather conditions
High holiday volume
Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Local Pickup Option

Local customers may choose free local pickup at checkout.  You will be contacted when your order is ready for pickup with instructions.

Packaging Note

Due to the size of wreaths, packaging may be snug to protect the item during transit. Some light reshaping may be needed upon arrival.
